5 /5 Missy Uriarte: I love this store & the employees. They have great communication with the customers. They are short-handed and I dont know why but sometimes you got to wait if you want the good service.

4 /5 Geraldd Williams: Belk is the best place to shop in Dalton Mall. It has a wide variety of sift and hard goods for the entire family. The staff was friendly and available. The store was neat and there were tons of sales to be had. I took the opportunity to secure some holiday gifts for my family. Front jewelry to the latest fragrances, shoes, small appliances and more. Belk has you covered. Truly a "One-Stop Shop"! Again, it is the best brick & mortor retail in the area.

1 /5 Niecy Green: Was in Dalton and wanted a dress to wear to a funeral. No go. The dress section is small to non-existent as well as picked over. Not sure what is happening but as I recall, this store used to be well stocked. Disappointing.
