1 /5 Adele Monroe: Black lady with gold braids ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. Didnt even speak just rung me up, look at my stupidly after she totaled me out. She acted like she couldnt be bothered with doing her job. First time going to Bealls in columbus GA it will be the last.

1 /5 Jonquil Bellamy: I came into the store around 7:15pm to shop dresses and sweaters. I picked out two dresses and a nice lady asked me if I wanted a cart. It was a quick thank you no. I started shopping sweaters when another woman started following my every move. So I picked the sweaters I wanted to try on and walked quickly to the back of the store. The woman immediately walked across the store. When I made it to the back there was an employee with a walkie and I could hear over the walkie them describing my outfit, to cut off the dressing rooms and everyone follow. I walked over to that employee with the walkie and gave her the items I was carrying and wished happy holidays. As I was walking to the front that employee paged out an all security zone scan for the departments I was walking through. Before leaving the store I noticed the woman who offered me a cart. I asked if I could speak to her to the side. I told her that an employee had an open walkie and I could hear everything being said. She apologized and said that it wasn’t me. I told her no need to apologize I understand asset protection but maybe conduct it in a way that customers don’t hear. She apologized again and stated that it wasn’t her. At that time the other team members on the floor that were holding the walkies came up front and where standing to the side of the registers overseeing our quiet conversation. I told her thank you for helping me and I left. I’m not going to make this a race issue because everyone (four women and one man) were black as am I. However there has to be simple procedures on wearing headphones so customers aren’t unintentionally disgraced. Everyone heard. It was embarrassing.

1 /5 K Fisher: Just went in there, only 2 workers this morning. Neither of them greeted me. I don’t like that kind of attitude so I left. Will be calling corporate

5 /5 Arlisa: The store had good finds and was well organized. I like that they have a rewards program and had some items on clearance. I found swimsuits for like $3. They have a good variety of cosmetics and toiletries as well as plus sized clothing. Some of the home goods and stationery was also nice.

5 /5 Charlea Horn: While on vacation we ran into this store to grab my son some jeans and look around. We loved it! The staff was nice, the store was clean, organized and there was alot of unique finds! We definitely left with more than just a pair of jeans! They had the absolute cutest and amazing baby clothes selection EVER!!! Definitely will visit again when we come back to Columbus!
