5 /5 Jessica: I walked into the store this past Saturday around 5p, completely defeated and rushing due to not being able to find the perfect last-minute dress for a dinner that night. I unfortunately did not get the super sweet associate’s name who helped me, but I do remember her mentioning it was her last day working there. She almost literally held my hand from the minute, I walked into the store until I left. I was afraid that the largest size in the store may not fit me, so I was pretty discouraged already, but she reassured me to give some items a try anyway as sizing runs a little big. She had recommendation on top of recommendation and truly made sure that my concerns were addressed. Her personality & conversation was amazing! She truly cared about my experience. And we found THE perfect dress that fit! No shade, but I’d just left the similar dress shop on the same shopping strip, I was not greeted or assisted in picking anything. So it was a breath of fresh air walking into this store & working with this young lady. I have over 20 years of customer service work experience, so my expectations are extremely high. This wonderful associate went above & beyond! She is truly a rare gem to have on any team & am sure she will continue to shine at any of her future endeavors. Absolutely OUTSTANDING

3 /5 Holly Kibbe: The staff was super helpful so this review in no way reflects the person working at the store. She was great! My complaint is that we were told there was a sale of buy one top get one 50% off but upon checkout it was made clear that if you accept the sale price you cannot return or exchange. The item becomes FINAL sale if you accept a discount. I purchased without intention of returning but this policy is ridiculous. Should a need arise we should be authorized to exchange for another item at least within 6 days. I’m still thinking about this situation and it makes me very unsettled. I likely won’t purchase items for my daughter in this shop as often bc of this. Especially if she isn’t with me when I make selections for her.

5 /5 Renee Swann: Stumbled across this cute boutique in Merchants Walk while running errands and I’m so happy I found it! The sweet sales girl was very attentive and helpful. There was a good selection of clothing at reasonable prices and they have a great sales rack. Definitely worth checking out.

1 /5 Paula Dart: Bought shorts and a shirt on a Thursday evening. Return policy is returns within 7 days for a store credit only. Decided to keep short and return shorts. Traveled for work and had high school graduation so was unable to get back to the store until Friday morning. Brought the shorts and receipt back to the store and was told they would not accept my return for store credit because I did not bring it back within 7 days. Shocked to say the least. I was 4 hours past the 7 day mark and they would not accommodate. Needless to say I will never shop at a store with such poor customer service policies. I’ll glad spend my money elsewhere.
