5 /5 Nikki Appleton: We were on one of our 1 tank trips when we found this gem in Ringgold. The owner was so sweet to us. We purchased a few things and found the book, Zenith Man. The owner called the author on the phone, who happens to be a local attorney and represented the man that the book is about. He walked right over and signed it for us. They sat and talked to us for a bit and were so friendly and helpful. We loved Ringgold, we loved this quaint store and we loved everyone we met. We will definitely be making more trips to this area.

5 /5 Robby H: If you are visiting in the Ringgold, surrounding areas, or even if you are in the Chattanooga area wanting to get out of that hustle and bustle. This cute store is a must stop! It is always set up so nice with beautiful decor and wonderful items to choose from for just about anybody! I did lots of Christmas shopping for various individuals here. Patti and her staff are so welcoming, helpful, inviting, and extremely friendly. I absolutely love this place to the point where I have brought friends and family here (they loved just as much too). This is a gem of a place in the lovely city of Ringgold. This will always be a must stop when I am in town! P.S. shoutout to Stephanie and Patti for their lovely gift wrapping they do as well!

5 /5 Chelsea Daza: First off, my family and I love Miss Patti. She is always smiling and ready to hear our latest shenanigans. Her store is full of unique and practical items. We have purchased many stocking stuffers and Christmas presents from the General Store. The candles smell delicious, she even has toys for your pup, and there is some really great bacon salsa you should probably try. This store is one of the first places I think of when I think of Ringgold; you can’t come to Ringgold and not stop here.

In addition to Mudpie, The Fern and Feather has so many other unique home decor pieces, gifts such as locally produced Ringgold-specific dishes and throw pillows, and many other treasures to peruse and purchase. Can’t find what you’re looking for? Patti, the owner is is great to offer help, a laugh, or a hug!

5 /5 Greg McDaniel: Patti Smith (owner) is an awesome lady! The store is clean and beautiful to walk into and browse the items for sale. Decorated for Christmas and items priced fairly. She might even (dicker) with you..lol..she has great personality and really wants to make sure you are happy in her store. If you see something you like, she will make sure you get it and are happy with the purchase. Like walking back in time to a general store in the country. She treats her customers with respect and she REALLY is glad you are there. Modern/antique beautiful items are present in her store with a comfy feel in the store as well..u will be glad u stepped into her store. Her associates are sweet too..She might even become your friend.
