Still to this day after leaving waynesboro I call an the preacher calls me an my husband. He still my preacher an I miss that closeness. Always took home from the service those days knowing a better life was ahead.
Husband even was baptized there.
Pamela Poole-Lively Machino: Pastor Mike Dunn is the Best Teacher of the Word of God, I have heard in years. He is interesting, funny and teaches enlightening hard core Bible Precepts every week that you can use in your daily life. He and his wife are a down to earth , non judgemental team that love and care deeply for their congregation. The church is growing and has active members; all ages, infants through seniors which shows its consistent love for Jesus in a world of dying churches. I love the fact that the church sings the old lively gospel hymns that my Great Grandparents sang in the same pews but also has a new generation of those moving in to Burke County and a splash of Plant Fogtle transplants. I think its unique and cool that every one and every generic group is welcome and you can wear jeans or a fancy dress and hat! We always have something exciting happening from a senior outing, a bible study, a kids event, a gospel group, a mens fellowship or just an old fashion dinner after church. Yum! Try us, you wont be sorry!
Jeannie Rider: Teaches Jesus and Biblical Truths - the friendliest chur c h in town. Rosemont has wonderful childrens and youth departments and several close-knit adult classes - a true sense of family.
