1 /5 Mrs. H.: CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING!
We have had our car repaired at Villa Rica Auto Care a few times but this last time was the straw that broke the camels back. Brett, the owner, either needs to hire someone specifically with good customer service, to deal with his customers, because he does not need to do it, or he himself needs to take some customer service and business communication training. His demeanor, defensive tone and delivery is very inappropriate and unprofessional. This place is nothing like Beavers Transmission, who we extremely loved servicing our vehicles and thought Villa Rica Auto Care would have the same values. But Bretts professionalism is a far cry from what we experienced for years when Markus was the manager of Beavers Transmission. The difference is night and day. As a result from this last time, we have decided to no longer patronize Villa Rica Auto Care and to no longer refer this business. We will find another auto service center who will appreciate our business, treat us with respect, and have common courtesy when doing business with their customers.
