5 /5 Chris Hathcock: Brakes started making noise during a family vacation. Called at 8:00am and they told me they should be able to make the repair by the end of the day if I brought in shortly. Dropped off my vehicle and they had it diagnosed by 9:00am and had it fixed before 1:00pm. Excellent service to an out of towner and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

5 /5 Priscilla McDaniel: If anyone has a need for auto service/repair, I HIGHLY recommend Beavers Transmission and Auto Repair on Liberty Road in Villa Rica. Everyone was very friendly and professional, but Marcus was GREAT! He went waaaayyy beyond the call of duty. I didn’t have an appointment, but he immediately took my car to the shop. He constantly kept me updated on the status. When he could not diagnose the problem, he still found a fix. He didn’t charge me for anything but told me to drive the car for a few days and to come back if I continued to have a problem or come back to make the payment if I didn’t. Who does that?! Marcus at Beavers does. I’ve never heard of such thing. I would give Marcus and Beavers 20 out of 10 stars. “Thank you soooo much, Marcus!” (Thank you does not seem adequate.) I can tell you’re already blessed; but with a giving and caring attitude like yours, you and everyone connected to you will never run out of blessings and favor. You have a new customer in me, and I’m telling everyone to “Try Beavers; Marcus will not disappoint.”

5 /5 Spencer Warren: Brett took our last minute appointment on a Friday afternoon. Got us in, got us out. Very professional, knowledgeable and thorough!! Great staff with lots of experience…. Wish they had a shop in the Newnan area! I wouldn’t use anyone else.

1 /5 Mrs. H.: CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING! We have had our car repaired at Villa Rica Auto Care a few times but this last time was the straw that broke the camels back. Brett, the owner, either needs to hire someone specifically with good customer service, to deal with his customers, because he does not need to do it, or he himself needs to take some customer service and business communication training. His demeanor, defensive tone and delivery is very inappropriate and unprofessional. This place is nothing like Beavers Transmission, who we extremely loved servicing our vehicles and thought Villa Rica Auto Care would have the same values. But Bretts professionalism is a far cry from what we experienced for years when Markus was the manager of Beavers Transmission. The difference is night and day. As a result from this last time, we have decided to no longer patronize Villa Rica Auto Care and to no longer refer this business. We will find another auto service center who will appreciate our business, treat us with respect, and have common courtesy when doing business with their customers.

5 /5 Monica Bryant: Been in VR for 4 years and needed a mechanic shop. Looked around and found VR auto care based on reviews I decided to go with this shop and they did not disappoint. Had to get a wiring harness replaced in my car, I dropped it off it was ready in a day or so. Fast forward not a year later I’m having the same problem and found out it’s a common issue with Kia’s. went back explained the problem to Brett, left my car so he could look at it again a few hours later I get a call that my part was not under warranty, but he placed it anyway for free. Totally not expecting that. This shop is fare, honest, timely, and great at what they do. I’m a customer for life. Thank you.
