1 /5 fortnitegod 223: I am pissed! Got the worst service Ive ever had in a salon / spa! My husband wanted to surprise me with a new hair due and he called ahead for an appointment with the best they have to offer, my appointment was with Britney but they stuck me with Haley Boisclair, I told her I wanted a piggyback perm not to tight of a curl, she showed me 3 rods to choose from and I chose the 2 smaller ones. I asked her to alternate them throughout my hair to get the results I wanted and she said OK, but she didnt tell me until later that night after I got home and saw the back of my head I had NO curls except on the ends,That it wasnt salon policy to roll perms that way so I said you should have told me and gave me the chance to decide whether I should proceed with the perm. I asked on Friday to speak with the manager, here it is Tuesday and I havent spoken to her yet, but she put her staff up to calling me and telling me that they want redo my hair because I asked for it to be rolled a certain way! I have had nothing but rude people talk to me and accuse me of lying and trying to make it look like my fault. Theyre the most unprofessional and rudely people Ive ever dealt with in this professional setting. Not only did they refuse to redo my hair, they didnt offer my husband back his $120 for the worst perm & cut Ive ever had! I will never go back and I will tell everyone I know about my horrible experience! I am going to talk to the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint with them about The Veranda salon and spa. Then I am going to the Board of Cosmology and file a complaint against the salon and Haley Boisclair, and the receptionist for her rude remarks to me, everyone who was rude to me will be mentioned in my report. I promise you Veranda salon and spa today you have met your match! I will not let this GO! You have messed with the wrong lady!
