1 /5 Sherri Hilton: The thin man doing pedicures is lazy and do not like to listen. He didnt trim my nails as I requested, and also he didnt clean my nails. It was the laziest pedicure I ever had and he looked sleepy. I guess he was tired maybe. Not sure but this place was so much better in the past. I dont know what happened but its not a good salon anymore. My feet still hurt, I dont feel like I got a pedicure. He was too lazy, Im not returning.

1 /5 Nykeria Chambliss: Zero stars!! The male owner had an attitude the entire time doing my toes and got frustrated every time I asked him to do something for my feet. He messed the paint up on one of my toes and I just said “I’ll just let the lady do them because you’re messing up and I don’t like them” he went off on me, was talking to me any kind of way and grabbed both of my feet after I told him not to touch me and took the paint off my toes with tissue. He told me to never come back and refused me service for my eyebrows. Trust me I won’t be back. God bless.

Jatonya Lowery: The two ladies that do pedicures are great, the wife is equally great but the Male owner/technician does not do well. Ive never been to an establishment that if they mess up the customer has to pay more. I was made to pay $10 extra because the polish had to be removed when he had to file my nails down more. He made the acrylic too thick. Not my fault. Then he dropped the polish on my sneakers. I showed him and he never said a word. Should I charge him for my Nikes? Beware ppl!

D Y: First & last time coming here, was overcharged for my nails. Was charged $30 for french tip alone. $55 for tip and acrylic, $30 french, $10 rhinestones, $5 for each ring finger design. In total I paid $105 for my nails. Definitely not worth $105 while she stop continually to do brows, sat for about an extra hour while she did brows. Wish I would have listened to the reviews about the overcharging

Dorrisa Cosby: Do not GO! I’m very disappointed. I went Sunday evening I left at 5:22 by 5:27 I noticed my paint was peeling. The next morning my thumb nail was coming off completely. This is supposed to be gel polish but I don’t know what he’s using… he did change the color after debating with him and telling me I had to have done something. Which I didn’t. So now 3 days later the color he changed it to is also peeling. He wants to argue that he’s been doing nails for 30 years well why is the place always empty..Go across the street (Publix Shopping Center) to Lush Bar! I normally go there but they were a bit crowded and I needed to get done quick…Awful service !! I will be filing a complaint with the Secretary of State because he can’t be using the proper products!

Stephanie Crowel: A family member uses Jennifer at this salon for her kids. I loved what I saw so they let me know where the salon was at. I booked online for my two daughters. I selected Jennifer. I selected the natural hair shampoo condition blowout trim and style. When we arrived we were told Jennifer was not available. I was puzzled because she is who I selected. This was my oldest 1st time at a salon she normally wears braids. I was told Gabby and another lady would do their hair. I was hesitant. Gabby & Lindsey came out I explained to Gabby this was my oldest first time so I wanted her to have a good experience. I asked if she was familiar with my daughters hair texture she said yes. So though I was nervous I trusted them to do their work. I returned later to pick my 2 daughters up. My oldest came out and I was floored!!! It looked like her hair was just washed trimmed and blow dried with nothing but a dryer!!!. My other daughter came out same thing! Then the receptionist told me the coat would be $281!! It took all I had to not loose my cool in front of my kids. I am so disappointed. My oldest cried when we got home. I felt like I had let my daughters down. This review is not to bash anyone. I hope that for new clients of color Gabby and anyone else takes the time to make sure the client or the parent understands what they will be doing to ensure it is what they are looking for. If I go to a black salon and say I need a wash conditioner trim and blowout I know Im not walking out with an afro. On my receipt is not what I selected online nor what I got.

The atmosphere, the conversation, the privacy, the instruction that makes my visits a comfortable breeze... It was perfect. I expected for it to take forever because I was "furry" and I was in and out in 30 min. It wasnt anywhere near as painful as I expected and her method is so flawless that by the time shes done, youre like "Oh thats it?" Loved the vibe and the results!!! Already looking forward to my next appt! 10/10
