1 /5 Alexis Croft: my biggest regret was trusting the reviews for this salon. i haven’t stopped crying since i left. i am 20 years old. i have long, beautiful, healthy thick hair, and i trusted my stylist to give me what i asked for. cut an inch off, add a bunch of layers (to take off weight), and add just a few whispy pieces and face framers. for starters, she shampooed my entire head roots to ends, which you should never ever do, especially as a “professional” stylist. she also put conditioner on my roots which is just wrong in every way. she not only didn’t do the long v shape i asked for, she cut off 3-4 inches off my head. why would you ever cut off more than a client asked for, especially before asking the client?? she was in such a rush to get to her next client that she didn’t even bother to style my hair the way it should’ve been styled. during my cut she said “sorry not sorry, i would never want to have your hair”. i have never been told that in my life, and in fact have always been given compliments and told that i am a stylists dream cut. i knew from the moment she washed my hair that i was going to get a bad cut, and gave her the benefit of the doubt, and i completely and utterly regret that. i complimented her job, payed for my cut, and gave her a 20% tip because i would never put down a stylists work and time. i left and haven’t stopped crying since. when my mom called to complain, the stylist said that she never said she didn’t want my hair, and said i was happy as i was walking out, but i am just a nice person and didn’t want her to feel bad for the awful job she did on my hair. please look at all of the reviews before going here. i am extremely disappointed and discouraged.
