The place is beautiful and the people are nice and good location in town (Sounds like a great place right) ITS NOT. The owner did my nails and RUINED them completely. I had an appointment on Sunday evening. The owner forgot about my appointment but still saw me anyways and that was fine, sometimes we forget. May I add I have had long NATURAL nails for over a couple years now. It took me forever to grow them out and to get them strong after taking off fake nails in 2023. I asked the owner for gel nails. I got gel nails on my natural nail and about 2 days later I had NO nails. I have know idea what this man did to my nails but whatever technique he used they ripped my nails off. My nails hurt so bad and they just keep ripping when I do anything. I’m going to show you the proof ppl!!! This is horrible! Now I have to start all over again from scratch. Don’t go unless you want your nails to start cracking!!!!

Kenneth Davis: Oh my gosh! Cluttered aisles abound in this store with little room to walk in places. You get the feeling that either this store is understaffed or the staff dont care. Either way, not a pleasant shopping experience here today. Not sure Ill be back anytime soon.

Cindy Spencer: I have been going here for years and Afton and her team are amazing! Afton is a great mentor and teacher to the girls she hires when they are new. They really care about your nails and the health of them. My nails were a little tender and Afton suggested I leave the powder off until they felt better. Most shops would tell you they would be ok. My nails and toes always look fabulous! If I can’t get my nails done here, I will just leave them off. Jennah is my nail tech now and she does a great job. Always a pleasure to visit Afton’s Nail Bar!
