Toyota of Newnan Service Center - Newnan (GA)

5 /5 Jeff N: I have been using another Toyota dealership for service for a few years and after too many poor experiences I decided to try Toyota of Newnan. Everyone I interacted with in the service department was friendly and helpful which is not the case at some of the Atlanta area dealerships. My service advisor Greg was great. I recommend giving this service center a try, even if it’s a bit of a drive.

1 /5 Concerned Experience: I was quoted a $513 for to replace two parts under my car which cost $81.00. The estimate was not even written up on a ticket but the boys had worked out the quote! I bought my parts on amazon and my mechanic installed it with a total cost of $126!!! Are you aware that these “service advisors” work on commision. Its evident when you go in for service to watch a movie, chicken sandwiches, coffeee, soda etc. it is one big scam. Also Josh Price you are as bad as the “service advisors” I am still waiting for your call back. As you can see on my picture contrary to what you said, the toyota under carriage is not one piece. Folks go elsewhere, where people have honesty and integrity. I unfortunately had to leave one star to leave my experience on your website. Its evident your reviews from others speak volumes ( the non employees that is).

1 /5 Janet Eller: Every time I come to get my car serviced I regret it more. The time they tell you it will take is always HUGELY underestimated. Its the slowest service center Ive ever been to. And twice theyve dinged my car - today it was the wind blew the door of another car and hit yours. Bringing your car here is taking huge risks and enormous amounts of time you could avoid by going elsewhere.

2 /5 Brian Reese: This one was tough. Autumn in the service Dept is amazing and I’m always taken care of. But I got the typical call telling me they would like to make an aggressive offer for trade. So I take time out of my day and the slick sales manager guy just wanted to make an insulting offer. Plus, the dang mark ups are insane right now on new vehicles. I guess I’m keeping my 2019 with 76K miles instead of the new Tundra I want so bad.
