5 /5 Casper The Friendly Ghost Writer: It’s FREE they have a train, it is air conditioned. They have a ton of vehicles and history to read. It is a great stop on your visit through Albany. This city has done a lot to make itself tourist friendly.

5 /5 Courtney Power: Theyre open from 10-4 Tuesday through Saturday. They have a history museum and a planetarium. They host birthday parties and you can rent out the old train station for weddings and other gatherings. Photos did not post in order.

5 /5 Jonathan Post: I really enjoyed the planetarium show on Black Holes. The science museum was also great for a free admission attraction. I hope to return when the air conditioning is repaired in the history museum to see that as well!

2 /5 Renee Hansen: We were excited to visit the Heritage Center after reading the rave reviews. Sadly, it didnt meet our expectations. The staff member was not welcoming and over half the space was devoid of any type of exhibits. We were told it was empty until they decide what to put there next. We paid $21 for 4 adults and the only thing on display was a small exhibit about Ellis Island. We paid extra for entrance to the planetarium which was a good experience. Many reviews mentioned the train, but it was only viewable from quite a distance through several fences.

5 /5 Kannessia Jordan: A beautiful exhibit space and a must see in Albany. The current Drugs Cost and Consequences exhibit is well worth a visit. Take your family and enjoy yourself. You won’t regret it.
