Mr. Rick Thacker will answer your questions honestly and if he does not know the answer at that time, will inform you after your vehicle is checked. He recognized and was able to repair a 5 year old problem on my truck. I am so very glad to have windows that work, seats that heat, and auto door locks that operate again. Thank you Repair Shop - you are the best!

5 /5 Robin Gibbs: The receptionist has been super nice. The owner has spoken to me with nothing but respect and honesty (Im a woman). He has told me what has been done, could be done, prices as they have went, etc. Super super nice group of folks.

1 /5 DAVID NEEL: Took my van in, would not start, I was told the diagnostics would be around $50, they did get on it right away and found I had a bad fuel pump. After finding out he wanted over $600 to replace it, I told him I would fix it myself for that cost. he then charged me $90 not $50, I had to pick up my van after hours I found nothing put back together, it was all just laying in the floor of my van. After fixing my van for &180 dollars myself, I found they had disconnected my main air intake and never reconnected it making it more difficult for me to get my van working. (Intentional ?) He also worked on my sons car and told him later when the car wasnt running right, that he did notice some other issues but wouldnt tell him what they were unless he brought his car back into the shop (more money). You make your own decision as to the honesty of this shop, I will not be going back.
