3 /5 Kylie Cukjati: Customer service was poor and very combative. I was running late due to me mixing up my appointment times, which was on me. However, I was charged an $30 extra for being late when the makeup artist didn’t have to stay all but exactly 5 minutes longer than the reserved appointment time. She rushed my makeup so I felt like that should be expected when you’re late not pay more for the same amount of time..I actually had to redo all my makeup when I got home anyway. Lashes were insane and foundation was 2 shades then my skin tone. The hair stylist was already giving attitude for the 5 minute delay. After she finished curling my hair, my appointment ended on time if not earlier. She acted as if I was lucky she didn’t charge me extra for the 5 minute delay. The whole experience was stressful and they just try nickle and dime for anything they could make up. I don’t recommend due to quality and level of service. I gave 3 stars since they did finish both my hair and makeup.

1 /5 Lissette Montealegre: I am from Miami fl , and i had the worse experience in this place with the owner , she treat me so bad , I just asked her to wash my hair. she said no we dont do that service unless you make the appointment for that specific :) she did my daughters curls without washing her hair just with dry shampoo and pulled her hair so hard while she was working on her hair. The reason i didnt leave is because she told me she was going to charge me anyway, and i didnt have other place to go at that moment. The owner s name is Lynnette and she make me feel so bad , she told me to read a sign she had , that she has the right to refuse any service but still charge the person , what king of business is this? ,my daughter when outside the place and look on line for another ( normal professional salon) and we thankfully find one , so i did not do my hair only my make up with Jazmin s( she was quiet and super nice , it was not her fault) just to clarify think twice before you choose this place , try to get Jazmin private number she is nice and good , but no the owner. I will never visit this place again in my life in walnut greek ( California ) .

5 /5 Meagan Johnson: Venus is very professional and welcoming! I come here regularly to receive a silk press and always love her work. She also did a great job adding highlights. Definitely try the glam bar salon!

1 /5 taylor rouse: The service was nice, but at the end I stayed about an extra ten minutes so she could get a lot of video footage and pictures of my hair. I went to book another appointment and saw that she had took it upon herself to put me on her website. Whats up with stylist and thinking they have the authority to post you on their social media and website with no permission? If youre going to use my image, I expect a discount on my service. I paid full price and youre using me to promote and advertise your service. Please understand that this is my hair and body and you have no right to post me anywhere without my permission. I am not your model. I just wanted a service done.
