1 /5 Bonnie Perry: So this review pictute was done at a different salon in Walmart the hairdresser was the manager and moved to Tangles and my hair did come out awesome but after they closed and at my last appointment she messed up my hair badly and shortly after my hair began to break off I lost more than half my hair and have spent $1000 fixing it my hair is now shoulder length with bangs due to breaking. I am devastated. To make matters worse they had closed so I couldnt go back for her to repair it. She double bleached my hair because it was supposed to be blonde at the top and purple in the back and on the ends it was all purple I asked her to fix it and she was mad so I believe she did it on purpose she was not supposed to bleach it a second time 1 week later personally I would not let her touch your head ladies. Also the attitude of complaining about other employees is unprofessional so coworkers she loves talking behind your back to customers.

5 /5 Toni Gay: Chose this salon because they have several stylists who routinely work on curly hair. Ive visited twice - once for a color and then to purchase styling products. Both times were perfect. The salon is well laid out with different areas for the different tasks. I particularly like the Color Bar where you sit at what looks like a bar instead of the stylist bringing the color to her station. It was efficient and allowed her to cut another persons hair while my color set. I was offered a variety of snacks and drinks. The atmosphere was laidback but still had a nice warm upscale vibe to it. My stylist, Reagan was very knowledgeable and talked me through everything she did, and asked me lots of questions to make sure she was meeting expectations. The stylists were very friendly to one another, which was a nice change from some other places I tried when we first moved to the Augusta area where the stylists were sniping back and forth. Definitely recommend.
