Slightly disappointed because when I called to book my appointment, I asked “how much will it be?” I advised the hair stylist that it’s been two months since my hair was relaxed. I told her I would need a relaxer and I also texted the picture of the up doo I wanted then I asked again “how much will this service be?”she advised everything would not be any more than $85 I said ok... when I get there she said it’s $10 more because I have to much new growth when she was done my cost was $105. Very disappointed because I would have loved to know in advance the price of my request. I am super satisfied and happy with my hair. The hairstylist/owner also advised on my next visit she will give me a discount for my wait. Yes I will be a returning customer. Thank you TBS

5 /5 Danija Mack: Ms. Sebrica is awesome my she suggested I shape my hair to match my face since I was getting a texturize to loosen my curl it came out great. I was a walk-in client and she treated me as if she known me for years and she does care about the style and health of your hair!

When it comes to someone that strives for nothing but perfection and it shows in the returning customers and the amount of new customers calling because the salon was recommend to them. Just know if she doesnt have a opening just know she has some of the friendliest staff members they all are caring and strive to give the best customer service around.

Hair With Flair - Albany

Shanelle Green: My silk out appointment was at 12:30. The stylist did not get started until after 2:45 and did not use any straightening product on my hair. She just washed and pressed my hair. My hair stayed straight for only three days but I paid $90 for this. I do not recommend this place of business to friends or any woman. Wow maam, it took you two years to respond!! You are a liar! My dad had just passed and I was emotional. You did not ask why I was sitting in your chair crying. But let me start from the beginning maam. I arrived on time, liar. You put a young girl in front of me because of prom to do a ponytail that took you an hour and a half. I did not agree but you kept telling me that someone was going to shampoo me but I had to wait on that person to come to the salon. Like my first post TWO years ago, I feel the same and will not recommend this salon to anyone. You are trying to explain so far from the actual event, how can you truly remember what happened when? The styles are mediocre at best with some edge control stealing the show and thats it. If your business is so professional why arent more pictures of clients or versatility shown? I recommend you change your attitude and treat your patrons like people and not accounts!
