    Sarah Tierney: Very clean by the state board standard! They go above and beyond to spoil you and have more luxury experiences incorporated into your pedicures than normal nail salons. It is the perfect price for the service and treatment that you get! Jenny, Luna, Lee and Julie were very professional and knowledgeable about massage techniques and ingrown toenail removal. I also had eyebrow waxing by Jenny and she understood exactly what I wanted keeping the brows natural and not taking them too thin like a lot of places have done in the past (my eyebrows are very opposite) she did phenomenal and was very gentle with no redness after. I recommend this place and give it a 10 out of 10!

    Yessenia N: I had GINA for a pedicure- French white tip and I absolutely love it! My pedicure was with regular nail polish and I got #1 on the pedicure option list, it came with a back massage and it was the best way to end my pedicure. GINA is the best I will be coming to see her for all my nail needs she offered options and listened to me in what I wanted. If you like the round white tip look no further ask for Gina.

    Shannon Fleeman: Tried this nail bar for the first time after a terrible experience at my regular place. I made an appointment for 2 and they honored that appointment time. No waiting for extended periods of time to be helped or being seated and having a service started only to have your technician leave to go work on someone else. My friend and I both recieved Gel X nails and a pedicure. Both services were completed in exactly an hour. They did an excellent job and were very detail oriented and efficient. And the salon is beautiful and clean. Highly recommend.

    Amanda Davis: First time going to this nail salon, and I was very pleased. Previous Salon had put acrylic over my nails, and then did gel polish which made them very thick and lumpy. Anthony was able to take that off. It’s smooth it out and make my nails look great while keeping my length. I Will definitely be returning.

    Alejandra Farfán: After a whole year of being a loyal customer I never had any problems with the nails, great results, quality, and they use to last around three weeks, (basically like a month) until the last time I got them done they started cracking and they didn’t even last a week. After I addressed the situation to the nail tech guy he accused me of lying. I would like to give them another chance but the customer service was very disappointing.

    Christina Welch: I love M&K Nail Spa! I’ve been going to Mandy and Kathy about a year now. I have tried almost every nail salon in Athens, but they are definitely my favorite! All of the employees are super nice, professional, and very talented. The salon is always very clean, and they always get you in and out very quickly!

    Krystal Rodriguez: Extremely Disappointed and Overcharged I recently took my three children to this salon for manicures and pedicures, specifically choosing this place because they used to have kid-friendly chairs. When we arrived, I was told the chairs were no longer available, but since we were already there, I decided to stay, hoping it would still be a good experience. I ended up getting two manicures and three pedicures because I took my little boy to get his feet cleaned I didn’t want him to feel left out. Unfortunately, it was anything but a good experience. From the start, I felt rushed while my girls were choosing colors, and the staff spoke in their language the entire time, laughing and glancing in our direction, which made me uncomfortable. When they asked about which pedicure option I wanted, I felt that what they offered was excessive for a child’s foot and more suited for an adult. To make matters worse, the water for the pedicures was cold, and the overall service felt rushed and incomplete. They only trimmed the nails, pushed back the cuticles, and gave a quick massage that lasted less than two minute. I was shocked to discover that they had a kids’ section in their pricing book that listed $20 for a pedicure and $12 for a manicure. However, I was charged $30 per pedicure and $15 per manicure. When I questioned the discrepancy, I was told it was because my children sat in adult chairs an explanation that made no sense, especially since they no longer had the kid friendly chairs. To make matters worse, they rushed through the service because they were about to close, which resulted in my kids’ nails not drying properly and getting smudged. They didn’t even offer to fix them. I felt completely overcharged and misled. Later, I called my regular nail salon to compare prices and was quoted $10 for a kids’ manicure and $25 for a pedicure, which would have totaled $95. Instead, I was charged $117 here it was originally supposed to be $120, but after I courteously pointed out that they skipped several steps in the service, they took off $2 This left me feeling extremely upset. I’m not a confrontational person and don’t like to argue or make a scene, so I left holding back how I truly felt. However, this entire experience was frustrating and left me feeling taken advantage of. If they no longer offer kids’ pricing, they should update their pricing book and communicate that to customers instead of misleading them. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service or honest pricing.

    Anna McCune: LOVE them! The design is exactly what I wanted. Trinity did them and she was so kind and gentle. I had a broken nail and she was very careful not to hurt me. Definitely coming back to see her.
