From the moment I walked in, my presence was taken seriously with a warm welcome and EXCELLENT customer service. Such a breath of fresh air after having such nightmares of experiences at other local salons! The quality that comes out of this shop is immaculate. The staff are so kind and instantly made me feel at home and comfortable. They were fantastic with communication, and we had fun conversations throughout my whole experience. I provided inspiration pictures and they far exceeded my vision! This is a shop that actually cares about the work they do. 5 /5 Genessa: Got a mani pedi a month ago on Jan 8 and they were still going strong a month later! I got my nails done by Mia, toes done by Tom, and my mom got hers done by Raymond and Tammy! We were getting our nails done for my brother’s wedding and they turned out perfectly for a fair price and they were transparent on add ons / upgrades whenever I had a request. They were patient with my mom who hadn’t been to a nail salon in years. I love them, they are very funny and sweet people and we were the last customers and it was during the snowstorms so they offered to let us stick around. I’m going back today to see Mia again!
