I’ve been a loyal customer of this shop since 2013, but after my most recent experience, I can no longer recommend them.
I brought my vehicle in after a transmission failure, and they diagnosed it as such. I authorized a $7,300 transmission replacement. After picking up the car, I immediately noticed strange vibrations during low-speed turns and brought it back. They kept the car for a full week, only to say they couldn’t find anything wrong and told me to “come back if it gets worse.”
I returned again weeks later, insisted on a ride-along with a mechanic, and only then did they acknowledge the vibration. I came back again a week later and was suddenly told the rear U-joint had failed, quoted another $1,400. I went for a second opinion and was told the issue was actually the rear differential, not the U-joint at all.
That’s four visits, three missed diagnoses, and no accountability whatsoever. For over a decade, I trusted this shop with my cars, but not once during this ordeal did they take responsibility, not even an apology.
After spending over $7,000 and wasting so much time and energy, this experience was frustrating and deeply disappointing.
