2 /5 Molly Stich: I went here with a friend a while back and they wouldnt really let her pick the colors she wanted for her hair, they also charged me extra to fix my hair. Over all they were way to expensive for the outcome of what we got. Why would you charge extra to fix something you messed up.

5 /5 Jada: Naomi is amazing! She answers quickly and is very flexible with schedules. Her hair cutting and dying skills are also amazing! Highly, HIGHLY reccomend!

1 /5 deborah demers: I went to Naomi for 3 years. Her cousin is my neighbor, we had a disagreement, and now Naomi no longer wants me as a client. This is business, but she had to make it personal. Weve always had a great relationship, b4 this. I asked her about another hairdresser, and she said they charge more; insinuating I couldnt afford it. In effect, she has taken it upon herself to ban me from the salon, bc of a non-related issue with her cousin, my neighbor. She is so petty AND unprofessional. So unprofessional, that she had her very young daughter rinse the color from my hair so they could hurry up and leave. Im more than happy to go to another salon, and will give them all the details of this experience and the terrible customer service. Maybe theyll spread the word! I hope the owner of Studio 413 takes note of this. That IS what reviews are for, right? 4:13 - a Bible reference. How ironic. Its sad that some people who claim to be Christians have hate in their hearts. This may be Christian owned, but not all employees are of the same belief.

1 /5 Courtney Cochran: Heed other reviewers warnings, and DO NOT get a Brazilian Blowout here. Alana did mine and did not do it right. It was barely in to begin with and does not hold up like other salons. Update: I sent this salon an account of my experience with them and explained I was not happy with the results or length of time the treatment lasted (2 weeks compared to 6 months on prior Brazilian Blowouts). I hoped that the salon would remedy the situation, or at least apologize for the inconvenience. Instead of being receptive and working toward a mutually beneficial solution, the owner was aggressive and so disrespectful in her conversations with me. In the weeks following my post and encounter with this salon, I experienced harassment from the owners and other clients. I can only assume the owner vilified me to anyone who came into the salon as the harassment was very specific and targeted. The owners and salon Facebook page actually blocked me after I posted my review and responded to their defamatory comments on the post. The salon also received an influx of reviews specifically referencing "Brazilian Blowout" and "Alana Bobe," immediately following my post. Im not sure how many of those reviews were posted out of individual inclination, but I would certainly take those reviews with a grain of salt. Not only was my actual salon experience here bad, the treatment I received after trying to be forthright with the owner was completely inappropriate and, truthfully, sad. Its so disappointing when a company does business this way.
