1 /5 Hayley Garvie: I hate to write this but feel it is necessary. I went here twice. First time was ok. I get roots touched up blonde. All of my hair is bright blonde. She uses PEROXIDE (which I haven’t heard of)instead of toner. I went again for same thing Aprox. 6 weeks later. I asked her not to use peroxide instead a toner. I don’t think she even has any. She rummaged through her things and said well try this. I came out orange , I told her it is going to stain my hair, she said it was oxidizing. When all said and done my beautiful bright blonde hair was ORANGE. And she tries to put whatever she put on it to get it out and it didn’t come out. My hair is damaged and now I will have to bleach it to get it out. I asked her if I can come back to have her put a low volume bleach in to fix it and she said “no I will not”. She may have the older techniques, but never had a salon not have toner and use peroxide.
