1 /5 ginette julmis: Disappointed, I will never give my donation anymore to this place. The new Hispanic manager is so rude I cannot believe it. This store is going down the hill with her. Bad customer service. I just ask for Mrs. Joyce that was my question she run off on me . Saying I am the new manager now with a rude tone in front of everyone. I barely can understand her. I will NEVER give my donation here anymore. Its a shame to talk to customer like this. Very disappointed.

1 /5 Jocelin Sainvil: I just came to this store, the hispanic manager is so rude. We really miss mrs. Joyce I will never bring my donation here anymore. I saw her giving away stuff to her hispanic people. She think i dont speak spanish. when i approach her to tell her its not ok to do that. She said rudely i am the manager. She was really disrespectful to me in front of everyone. Really disappointed. This store is going down. Bad customer service. Its a shame to put someone like her to work in this store. Shame.

1 /5 Jas D: I would not recommend relying on St. Vincent de Paul for financial assistance. My experience has been nothing but frustrating—constant runarounds, delays, and a lack of genuine concern. I have followed every step they asked me to, explained the urgency of my situation multiple times, and yet, all I received was an unhelpful “I’m sorry” and uncertainty because they had “never encountered” my situation before. It’s not that complicated. Instead of actually helping, they left me with no real solution. Helen, in particular, was dismissive and unhelpful. If you are in need of real assistance, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

5 /5 Sydney Dmonte: Love the Sunday mass. Their choir is really nice . Very meaningful and clear preaching. The staff and assures are helpful. Though the place is smaller than other churches you will always find a place to sit inside. Would be nice to have their weekday mass timing updated online

1 /5 REKA Mosley: I would like to speak about a certain rude staff member who goes by the name Clyde In the benevolence department!! The same person who is supposed to represent St Vincent D Paul church or society..It all falls under the same umbrella and their entirety to respect people and respect their needs.. I was disrespected, talked to like I am someone strung out on drugs, not able to talk without being talked over and I was already stressed and trying to receive help..Clyde has totally taken his job and his title way over his head to where he thinks the allotted money that is given to the church is his and he is going to determine who gets what..I was already profiled soon as he heard my voice..He even said this is not a place where you can come every week..Who is he to speak down on me? He does not know me or where I even came from..Who is he to even judge?..I am a single mom of 5 who reached out to the benevolence department because I fell into a crisis situation with my finances..I was told to call St Vincent D Paul church to seek help. Yes I received help in the past but there is no information anywhere that says I can never come back.I didnt know I was going to be ridiculed and the finger pointed at..I do have a crisis situation and if anyone thinks that people like Clyde is doing his job perfectly fine talking down on people in need then this whole church needs a reality check.. Totally unacceptable!!!!
