5 /5 Michele Buring: Absolutely the best oil change experience. The owner and his son were knowledgeable, friendly and quick. There is a small waiting room that provided A/C and a place to sit while waiting. We had a great experience and highly recommend it to anyone who needs a quick service.

1 /5 Kathleen Warner: We had to take our 2020 Frontier to the dealership for a recall. We had noted some wet spots on the driveway and asked them to check on this. The service department advised us that due to an over tightening of the drain plug, threads were damaged and we would need to replace the lower pan and reseal to the tune of $527. They provided pictures of this along with the old oil pan. No one has touched our vehicle since Southside for an oil change some 2800 miles ago. We tried to notify the owner through certified mail and the BBB to no avail. Very unhappy that we had to endure this expense due to Southside’s negligence.
