The entire staff was kind, super friendly, and they really showed that they genuinely cared about my overall health. They were very knowledgeable in their feild and very understanding of my dental situation; very attentive to my needs. Dr. Hannah was just the best. She made me feel right at home. I will have to say that my first visit at the center was fabulous. They were very welcoming and thorough. I’m looking forward to many more cleaning visits. But I feel confident if there’s something more I need they will provide it perfectly

5 /5 Alice McCormick: Every one at Southeastern Dental Center was so nice to me. I know you’ve probably never heard anyone say they enjoyed their visit to the dentist but honestly i did..you think well she didn’t have any work on teeth oh yes I did’ got prepped for a crown got the numbing shot and all. She was so gentle I didn’t feel a thing not even a little bit. I got lots of information on dental implants they all are so good with what they do. So if anyone needs dental work or looking to get teeth replacement give them a call you will not be disappointed.

Andrell Wells: This was our first time being serviced with this company and we really enjoyed how they took great care of all three of our children. They don’t allow you to go to the back with your child and they do guide you to a window so that you are able to see what’s going on while the children are being serviced. The ladies at the desk were very helpful because we didn’t have the physical insurance card so they were able to look it up. They also communicated really well with letting us know what the children needed done. They were also able to get their cleaning and most of the dental work done the same day. Very greatful for Krystal amongst the other women at the desk. Also, Jessica who made sure to explain and answer any and all questions that we had about the dental work they needed done. Highly recommend this location. Gratitude for a great experience!

Ragan Simms: The person at the front desk was great. But the young man doing the cleaning was very unprofessional. He came out front talking about someone special needs child. When I walked in he was arguing with a parent. He didnt want to service the children because he was ready to go home. He did not do a cleaning on my son teeth. He told one of his coworkers that it was a waste of water. I was told that medicaid dont cover deep cleanings when I know they do for children. I was questioned when I told them that I also have commercial dental insurance as well. I will bring my child back there. This visit was a complete waste of time.

Tiana Morris: GO! Call and make an appointment then call your current dentist and tell them youll never be back again. I LOVE to visit businesses filled with people who look like me and receive exceptional customer service. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, they were ready for me at my appointment time and took great care of my teeth with a caring touch. I was also given a warm towel to wipe my face after my cleaning which I have never been offered in all my years of visiting the dentist. I will definitely be back, my son received a free cleaning the day before my appointment as part of a special kids event and told me he liked the place and people so he will also be a patient and Im going to make my husband an appointment. My only complaint is it was difficult not to sing along to the music while they were trying to work cause they were playing all the right songs.

The administrative team is great in always helping us to estimate costs for visits, and they help ensure we maximize benefits through our insurance. Previous dental offices I’ve visited in the past made me feel ashamed or guilty about issues I was having, but Drs. Le and Huynh are understanding, compassionate, kind, and caring about the work they do and the services they provide. Dr. Le is primarily who I see for any extensive work, and I recommend her to friends and family all the time. Dr. Huynh is great, too, though! I also love that they do not tend to recommend things that don’t necessarily need to be done; if they mention it, you can trust that it’s because they want to ensure you have the best dental health, not because they want to take your money. I could go on and on, but just know that you will be in excellent care; you get straight forward answers to questions about care, and they always provide their professional opinion to help you make the best choices for yourself. They aren’t pushy about services or care; they are patient and take the time to ensure your comfort and well-being before moving forward with procedures. Overall, 10/10, and would recommend always!
