1 /5 Sarah Arogeti: I had an appointment the other morning at 11:30 at the salon lofts and Reynoldstown in Atlanta Georgia. I received a confirmation text via the salon lofts automated service that my appointment was confirmed.
When I showed up that morning to the appointment I texted my beautician if I was able to come upstairs. I did not receive a reply for over 10 minutes. I then called the beautician multiple times and finally after the fourth attempt she picked up and said that she no longer works for the loft. I went upstairs to confirm she was not there and her salon was completely empty.
I found no phone number to call for anyone to assist me. I had to urgently call other salons in the area for assistance. I did eventually find a customer support email. I emailed them, but they were of no help. First telling me that the beautician in question wasn’t on the website, even though I still saw she was available to be booked. I reached back out again and they said customer support would contact me. They still did not reach out days later so I circled back. I finally received an email from customer support telling me they took the beautician off the site but offered no apology and told me to reach out to the loft owner (who no longer works there).
Beyond frustrated. I will not be returning back.
