5 /5 Brittany Beers: Love love love going here to get my nails done. Its relaxing and soothing. Yes sometimes you are gonna wait because they are that good with their services but its worth it. My daughter (7) and I go every 2-3 weeks and enjoy the experience each time.

1 /5 Courtnay Hunsinger: NEVER again will I go here for any type of service. It doesnt deserve one star but thats the only way to do the review. I went in and asked to have the gel polish removed from my nails and to have a clear coat put on. I had to remind her not to be rough as they were my real nails and not acrylics. I asked her to file my nails down to make them a little bit shorter. She ended up grabbing the nail clippers and clipped them basically off. She was more worried about talking on her phone for a video chat and showing whoever the recent changes they were doing to the store. At the end she put this oil all over my hands and arms with some lotion and some kind of liquid that resembled nail glue. So now my nails are tacky and the clear coat is peeling off. Im beyond unsatisfied with the service I received. The lady that did my nails was Anna.

1 /5 Michelle Tyre: I am so UPSET. I have NEVER in my 30 years of getting my nails done be this HORRIBLE. I went into the nail salon to get a full set with gel polish. (Which means I want fake nails because mine are super short) say down and he asked if I want short or long I said short even though I showed him a picture of the nails. That’s fine…. BUT Y’all this man gave me CANDY CORN looking nails(the shape). I had to tell him to stop after he had shaped 4 nails. One out of four looked okay but I was hoping to just” trust the process” but yeah that was a NO! I’m not one to complain about a little mess up on my nails but this was horrific y’all! He tried to say I fix it and I said well okay but I wanted round shaped and showed him the picture ONCE AGAIN!!! I’m just going to show u my nails. Let’s just say by the time he was buffing and. Filing my nails they became very very very short! This is what the ending really looks like. Remember I wanted fake nails. These loook like I have no nails. I came into this place with more nails on then I am living with fake nails on top of the nail. Horrible experience and yes I told him i would pay for him to just take them off and that they looked like candy corn shaped. My daughter got hers done and bless her heart hers is horrible too. So this place is BAD o and they charged me 95.00 for me and my daughter who got the same as me. Full set with gel polish. And my nails hurt sooo bad today after getting them done. Mine usually never hurt but very once in a blue moon. do not go to this place. And I hardly ever complain!!!
