Stephanie Slayton: Visited yesterday for the first time. Loved the music and the sermon. The music mix was great, and the sermon was so understandable and easy to listen to. We will visit again
Rumni Catalano: I walked into their Sunday service and was greeted so warmly! I’m cycling through town(250 miles) and the congregation was so welcoming and inviting. One of the first things I was told was if they put me in a hotel yet. They offered to get me a voucher for food. They drove me to the store and bought me some clothes and hygiene(I honestly didn’t really have any). 2 people came up to me and handed me money to help me on my cycling journey. Because of this church I have a favorite church in the state of Georgia and I will have a nice bed to sleep in tonight and get rested. I will be safe and get some much needed rest! I rode 38 miles to get here yesterday and I don’t regret one part of it!
Pete Parkinson: Ive been a member at first united methodist church for 10 yrs. And I just wanted to share a post to say thanks to everyone at first united methodist. Ive always felt welcomed and its a beautiful historic church that has strong ties to its congregation and Andrew college. Go attend service and you will feel Gods love and truth. Thanks. Peter Scott Parkinson
David Henley: Stopped in for Saturday evening mass. Not a very big church but the people there have big hearts. Very welcoming atmosphere. Will come back again the next time I am in town.
