2 /5 Paul Wolf: My practice used Practice Quotient services approximately 3 years ago. We are satisfied with the results. We have been disappointed with their communications. We were warned that much of their service would be done without the need for update however as months go by it became difficult to make assumptions as to their progress. In the end we received somewhat less than was promised and came out with little understanding of the process. Questions addressed to Patrick ORourke elicited defensive and unprofessional responses. This was a big red flag for us. We are now over a year out for the end of our contract and we continue to receive attempts at monthly ACH billing. We also receive billing for another practice. None of these errors have been address in spite of our requests.
