1 /5 Ishmael Moreno: I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. The wait time was excessively long, and the care I received was far from satisfactory. While getting fillings done, I expressed to Dr. Michael that I was in significant pain and needed additional numbing, but he insisted I had received enough — which clearly wasn’t the case. The procedure was uncomfortable and poorly handled. A year later, another dentist even commented on the poor quality of the work and had to redo the fillings. Due to the lack of proper patient care and subpar treatment, I cannot recommend this place.

1 /5 Nicole Williams: Very unprofessional. I called to make an appointment for my son and I had to leave a message. They called back and got the information and told me they would have to call me back with an appointment. A few days later they called back and made the appointment. He went and they told him he needed a deep cleaning and it would be $215 and they refused to do anything before the paid that. I made him another appointment with a different dentist and they did his cleaning with no issues and never mentioned anything about a deep cleaning. They are scammers.

1 /5 Hector Calero: It was a terrible care and a horrible experience for my mother, yesterday I had an appointment at 1:30 pm and the doctor checked her and left, left all the utensils to take out a tooth and it was 4:00 pm and the doctor did not show up because he went to attend to other patients who arrived after her, the doctor could be heard in the distance talking with other patients and that bothered I do not recommend this place to anyone because of the poor patient care there is, the workers do not show empathy and that was one of the worst days of my life. This clinic should be closed.

1 /5 Mike Booth: Went there on 02 Jan 24 for cleaning. They told me they needed approval from my insurance company before they could do any work. They said they would get back to me when they got approval. Today is 06 Feb 24. I called twice before today to follow up with them and I was told they are still waiting for an answer. Today I called and the lady said we have not got an approval yet. She said it normally takes about two weeks for approvals to come back. I told her it has been over a month already. I asked do I need to call the insurance company for you? The lady said she would call. So after talking to them and getting the vibe that they really dont give a Sh*7 either way I called my insurance company to find out that nothing as even been submitted to them for approval. I called the Not So Perfect Smile back and told them what I found out and the lady just said ok. I told her I would not do business there anymore and all she said was ok. I wont speak for the owner but some of their employees are there just to get a check and do the bare minimum and this attitude is evident by their lack of action or concern. Save yourself from having your time wasted by a nonchalant attitude and take your business somewhere else. Have a nice day.
