1 /5 Precious Walker: Had an appointment with the owner at 5pm today. I take off work early and arrive at 4:53pm. The girl there greeted me politely and asked who my appointment was with I said Shameka. She said okay she’ll be here shortly. I took a seat and waited. 5:15 passes and she’s still not there. She walks in the shop at 5:23pm, greets everyone and ask my name and proceed to tell me to give her a few minutes, comes right back to seating area and ask have I been washed. I replied yes, I washed and blown out my own hair. She ask to see my bundles I show her and asks if I may need the third bundle she tells me the bundles I have are thin at the bottom which from the looks of them may be true because it was my first time using this hair and I was just getting a short cut bob so I wasn’t going to use my good bundles for that but she goes back to the back and I wait another 5-6 minutes and after that I left because at the end of the day if I was late I would’ve been charged a late fee or my appointment would’ve been cancelled. Remind you I’m new to this area and very picky about who I let in my head and her being late was the first and only red flag I needed. I mean you’re the owner and face of your company the first thing should’ve been apologizing for your tardiness and not continuing to keep a potential new client waiting but from now on I’ll be taken that hour drive back home to get my hair done. I should’ve known when shampooing wasn’t included in my service it was going to be something but hey to each it’s own.
