5 /5 Alex Hall: Had a good time walking through this park despite the heat. I went on a Friday afternoon and it surprisingly wasnt crowded at all. There are bathrooms in the park and some shaded areas to relax in.

5 /5 Joslyn Massey: For any and all athletes or sport lovers this is a great site to see. Easily assessable parking right across the street. It is nice to see a little bit of sports history from the 1996 Olympics! Not many places get to say that they have hosted all of the worlds greatest athletes so it’s amazing to see!

5 /5 Mike Lewis: We spent about 2 hours here just walking around. Its a very clean and beautiful park. Its a perfect place to go for a walk or just hang out for a bit. The water falls are nice to sit by and watch if you are just looking to relax. The playground there is pretty big too if you have little ones. There is a lot of things to do right next to it too, like the Georgia Aquarium or the Coca-Cola museum.

5 /5 Ana Santamaria: Wonderful park with so many things around it to do. I was here in January and missed the fountain, naturally, but look forward to returning in the spring time. I appreciate the bits of history throughout the park. Note: of the several entries/exits there were only 2 open. Not sure if thats how it is year round.

5 /5 Anne Margaret White: Big, bold, graphic. Cant ask for more from a photo op. Great from the front or behind (with the Atlanta Eye in the background). Visit Centennial Park while youre here to enjoy more about the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. A nice park to cool off in after waiting in the sun for your pic! And if youre hungry, theres a Waffle House right across the street!

Underground Atlanta - Atlanta

Kelly Putz: Attending a concert at Masquerade Heaven with my teen daughter and her friends. TICKET TIMES ARE NOT WHEN THE CONCERT STARTS!!! Thats when the doors open. We arrived at 4:30 for a 7:00 ticket time and walked around a DEAD downtown area until we decided to go back to the garage and sit in our car so wed have air conditioning. There are NO BATHROOMS on site, except inside the concert venue and nearby restaurants will not let you utilize theirs without buying something. The "shopping area" of Underground is all closed until after concerts are over. However, we felt completely safe walking around and concertgoers (Crane Wives concert) were all very friendly and courteous. Security staff is also friendly and courteous.

Millennium Gate Museum - History Art Museum Atlanta, Georgia | Classical Architecture - Atlanta

R Serge (IAHGVA): Little museum on the history of Atlanta and region and the key families that made the city. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. A bit overcrowded to my taste, some objects should be removed. Don’t miss the rooftop. No parking available directly at the museum and getting there was odd but traffic in this new part of town was not too heavy so could jaywalk without much danger.

Delta Flight Museum - Atlanta

RAJAGOPAL RAMAN: It doesn’t matter if you like to fly or you don’t like to fly, you need to visit this place to appreciate the aviation industry and the innovation they have created some of the large Boeing 747 were so huge that you couldn’t believe that you can stand next to them, the landing gear was inspiring me a lot Have fun. This is a short trip not more than two hours

Rebecca R Brantley: First time visiting here & seeing Joe Bonamassa front row! The Fox Theatre has been on my bucket list to see for a long time & I was in awe of the place! We finally got to see Bonamassa & he didn’t disappoint!!!! They played their a*es off. What a tight band! He was phenomenal & our hope is he’ll come back in the future. I would love to be there! Don’t pass up a chance to see this artist if you can, you will not be disappointed. Thank you to my best friend for taking me here & to see Bonamassa!! I absolutely loved it! Such an amazing, great experience!

Folk Art Park - Atlanta

Melinda Messineo: Im told this is a really cool place in the warmer months when there are lots of kids skateboarding here. Wandered down here due to seeing some cool photos... was pretty underwhelmed. The art was neat, but I couldve settled for just looking at photos vs. visiting. Might be more enjoyable with kiddos. Didnt feel like a particularly safe area, especially given the location and with the amount of traffic exiting/ entering the interstate just below the park.

Jimmy Carter Presidential Library and Museum - Atlanta

Hong Zhang: I would think the Carter center is the crown jewel of Atlanta. I finally met President Carter for the time, but unfortunately, not the way that I originally wanted. I attended the memorial service on January 6, 2025 when President Carter was lying in repose. It allowed me to tour the Carter Center which exhibits are the visual biography of President Carter. Not only is the Carter Center beautiful, but also its surrounding areas.
