5 /5 Trina Dillard: Dr Echols is the most professional, kind, knowledgeable, orthodontist. I dislike going to any type of dentist however, look forward to my visits at the North Georgia Orthodontics. The entire office staff is amazingly nice and courteous, the hygientist are the best and ultimately, the offices that I have visited in Fayetteville and Lithonia are nice and clean. If you or your children are looking to get braces, I highly recommend this practice. I have been a patient for 1 year as of April 2023. Lastly, theres never a long wait for service and once in the chair, they are very thorough and timely. Again, highly recommend!

Very clean & neat environment, very punctual and the staff was the best! Dr. Echols has the loveliest of ladies running the show. MacKenzie Kirchner: Dr. Granger had to pull my 2 year olds injured tooth yesterday, and it sucked for everyone. I’m pretty sure it sucked just as much for his staff who had to listen to the screaming, and I’m sure he hates doing that kind of stuff. But they handled it very well and let me run out of there asap. The kept encouraging me, which was nice. I just want everyone to know that within literally 5 minutes she was down the street at Grandmas pool and forgot all about it!!! Thanks for doing the hard stuff.

Kimberly Cook-Reese: Whew where to start! Service is ridiculous. The receptionist placed me on hold in the middle of me speaking without saying hold. When she came back I asked her did she put the phone down she said “I got busy and placed you on hold”. My son is 13 they do procedures on him without informing me about what’s going on. They never give any dos or don’ts after different services. If you have questions good luck it’s so hard to get anyone on the phone! We are 14 months into a 28 month term and I’m so ready to go!

kelsie madison: I love this dentist office! It’s super clean. Everyone here is very knowledgeable and explains dental health to you. They do a very thorough job when cleaning your teeth. All of the hygienists do a great job. Dr. Parmiter does a great job. He explains everything to you with X-rays and everything. He once filled a cavity in between my 2 front teeth, he filled it from the back so you can’t see any evidence of a filling. 10/10 would recommend!!
