1 /5 John M: Absolute worst service ever received. Did not honor appointment time, people were rude and unprofessional. I paid for my mom and sister to be able to get their nails done, it was my present to them. Imagine my surprise when they came home with my mom not having hers done as Noir Nail bar is incapable of honoring appointment times. My Christmas present was ruined thinks to the unprofessional manner in which this place does business. They told my mom we took the walk in because they had already waited 40 minutes, great way to lose the business of regular clients. You honor your appointments first not some random off the street.
