To safely get me back home, they did a work around by disconnecting my 4WD ability that only allowed for 2WD. It worked and I made it safely back home. He gave us good advice over the phone based on the issue we were having and came to us to run diagnostic on New Years Eve! He went above and beyond to help us order what was needed and was very polite and responsive! We are so thankful for his service!

After a quick conversation, it was clear I found the right guy. Jeff is not only one of the nicest and laid-back guys youll ever meet but he also knows his stuff. When everything was said and done, the exhaust sounded exactly like I was hoping. Cant recommend Ellijay Muffler enough.
