5 /5 Carrie Kendrick: Brought my teenage daughter in for a full set of acrylics. We had been referred to Nail Queen by two regulars who are dear friends, so expectations were high. They went above and beyond to make sure both my daughter and I were comfortable, and were beyond personable and welcoming. The facility was also very clean and spacious. Amazing pricing considering the quality of work, as well. I will be back again and again!!

5 /5 Tina Black: I have been a regular customer at nail Queen now for a couple of years and it is the best nail salon by far that I have tried over the years. They are a family owned and operated business with a warm family feel. I have always felt warmly received and always leave happy with the quality and condition of my nails. They really care that I get the service that I desire. My special requests are well received and responded to. But it’s more than just getting my nails done; the warm, friendly, family atmosphere is what really makes this place! There’s so much levity and warmth between the staff and clientele. It’s like you’re a part of the family❤️

1 /5 Hannah Smith: Today was the last day Ill allow these people to ruin my nails and take my money for it. The shape of the nails look terrible, not coffin like I asked. The color is supposed to be matte black but it looks like they scraped them on concrete. Even my boyfriend said they look raggedy. Not to mention at least 3 of my fingers are cut from the drimmel. She Sliced into my skin to remove my cuticles with the drill. My appointment was at 2:30 and I wasnt started on until after 3. The place is dirty and cluttered inside. I have given this place chance after chance. Today is the last straw. If they cant follow through and do a good job AT LEAST OFFER REFUNDS. $70 DOWN THE DRAIN. NEVER AGAIN!!! Edit: LOL at their reply. They looked like garbage after they were "fixed". Went straight home and took them off. Yall are so lazy!! Go clean your filthy salon!

5 /5 Donna Nilsen: When I moved from Roswell, I looked around for a great nail salon. I went to several and then found Nail Queen Inc. Every time I go, I get awesome customer service and my nails look great. The pedicure is like none other. Love all the sisters. They are fun and make me laugh. They are like my sisters now!!
