1 /5 Kallie L: The one star is for the lady that did my mother’s nails. This was our first experience here. We scheduled an appointment so we could sit and talk together. The lady doing my SNS didn’t say a word to me. I apologized to her because my nails were red sparkles and I was wanting French tip, yes I know this is difficult to do. After apologizing the lady looked at me and looked back down at my nails. I thought maybe she didn’t speak English. I shrugged this off. My nails were all uneven and very bumpy. I again didn’t want to say anything to be rude. Once she started doing my cuticles my fingers started bleeding. She continued to go back over even after I told her this was hurting. After all of this we got up to leave and we were told cash only. I had no idea (I saw the small sign on the door when we went to leave, my bad) but if they would have told us before hand that they only took cash that would have been great. They told my mother the atm was outside and she went walking across the parking lot. When she came back in they told us we had to drive to the atm. This was super inconvenient. I am not generally one to make a review but this was just one thing after another. Very unimpressed and will not be returning. Sad because I have heard so many good things.
