The church is involved with ministry around the world as well as Bible School. Friendly women were welcoming at the front door. I look forward to returning here and I especially enjoy their website where I can sermon surf. Thanks!

Richard Dickson: I was at First Baptist Church to play the piano for a funeral. The people of the church provided a wonderful meal for the family - the deceased had been an active member, even working at the church, many years ago before moving to another community. The facilities appeared to be in great shape. The piano in the sanctuary is a wonderful instrument. Ive known the two previous pastors; both good men. The current pastor, Chris has been on staff for about 20 years and was called as pastor when the last one retired. He also seems to be a nice, personable fellow. If youre in the area, you might visit with them on a Sunday for worship. They have a more traditional service and a more contemporary service.
