1 /5 Shannon Reeves: The front staff is lovely and very helpful, however the nurses that i have seen have been rude and when I had an issue that required a referral, my doctor which was Dr. Rochelle Gilmore would not help me when it came to trying to get the referral sent to my insurance. I have been calling and leaving messages to her on the portal for weeks to send my referral to the insurance company, where i included step by step instructions as well as fax and phone numbers. Instead of helping, she called the place that the referral was sent to. Now i have to pay out of pocket for something that could have easily been sent where it was supposed to. They need to listen to their patients instead of blowing them off.
