1 /5 Savannah Mulraney: AWFUL EXPERIENCE!
I’ve been to this shop 3 times and each time my experience has gotten worse. The most recent experience has been the last chance I will give them. I had my car towed here on Thursday they finally call me about 4:30 before they close to say it’ll be $1,400 just for labor and they’ll call Friday with the full quote. Friday comes, the labor cost goes up to $1,800 for no reason and the part they couldn’t find so I will have to order the part. I told them I will decline services and get another quote (politely). Two hours later I get a call from them asking if I came and got my keys yesterday (Thursday) I told them no I hadn’t. They then tell me they “missed placed my keys” and not just my car key my house key and other keys as well. That was about 12:00 noon on Friday I called and checked a few hours later giving them time to find them, never getting an attitude with them about it. Towards the end of the day and no keys found I ask about getting them replaced and that’s when the problems really started from then on I was treated very poorly and was told about a $100 fee after the fact not the day I took them my car but after I asked about getting my keys replaced, very odd timing. I then told them I will come up there before they close to talk more about it and get stuff out of my car. I get here and the whole tone changed, they still didn’t find my keys so, I was then promised that they will replace my keys on their $ along with them waving that magical $100 fee and also a tow fee to have my car towed elsewhere, totally covered by them is what the front desk lady said. The weekend passed and I’m out of a car and time that I could’ve fixed my car. It’s now Monday (keys have been found now) and I call to ask about the tow truck if they have someone they use or do I order it and send them the invoice. The other lady working there I believe is the owners daughter she began the whole conversation with a horrible attitude. Say why would they pay for the tow fee when my keys have been found I explained to her the conversation I had with the other lady on Friday and she began threatening to charge my the $100 dino fee anyways saying it’ll be the same price as the tow but it’s not I live some distance from the shop. I then asked to speak to Mike the owner because she was being uncooperative. The conversation with him was even worse he downplayed losing my keys saying “it wasn’t a big deal it happens” and they will not be paying the tow fee he said “people shouldn’t have to pay for patience’s” I had been very polite and patient since Thursday till Monday when they changed their story. He and his staff have zero compassion, respect, customer service skills, I could go on but that’s not the point. The point is they gave me a horrible experience and said they would compensate for it then turned around and changed their minds and in the most disrespectful way. I have more bad experiences with this place but this was the worst.
