3 /5 Mitchell Merck: They are within walking distance of my neighborhood.two occasions I needed a repair they were not able to offer any service due to lack of manpower. Was told it would be 3weeks to even get an appointment to make a repair.i edited my review after reading the shops response. Having a dependable shop near my home is a great asset. They seem like the shop I would recommend on workmanship. Other places have similar issues unless you go to the national (overpriced and manipulative) franchises

1 /5 Kylie Dc: The woman on the phone told me she couldn’t give me a quote over the phone even with my Vin and that I have to bring my vehicle in to get a quote. My vehicle has to be towed that’s absolutely ridiculous.

5 /5 Roman Surveyor: Every part of my interaction with this garage. Clear communication, no mishandling or mistakes, and they were as excited to see me get some miles on my truck as I was. Definitely recommend but be prepared to wait for an appointment and be flexible in your own scheduling. Keeping that in mind if your experience is anything like mine it will be the smoothest transaction youve had with a shop.

5 /5 Danielle Steptoe: I have had my truck towed to Main Street Garage twice. They gave me a date of when they could get to my truck both times and truck was complete before dates. Customer service is top notch. And price was considerably much low than the chains repair shops. I will take my truck to Main Street for all my needs in the future.
