1 /5 amber carothers: Went to Luxury & got a new set of nails & a pedicure because my normal girl wasn’t available. New set of nails were good. She was very nice & friendly and did exactly what I requested. However, I asked her to do the pedicure and she handed me off to another girl. They are getting a 1 star from me because the girl who did the pedicure had an earbud in her ear and talked the entire time, in Spanish. Unbelievable and rude!!! She was VERY slow!!! Not good work ethic, at all! AND 2 of the employees had their 2 year olds with them! No place for toddlers to be at work with their mamas! Babies running around making noise, crying, playing, etc in a spa!!! Unbelievable! I will not return!

5 /5 jenncutt85: Only salon I will go to. They are always friendly and professional and they are amazing with little ones. I take my 5 year old daughter there to get her fingers and toes done on occasion and she loves it. They even have a special chair just for little ones. Would definitely recommend for any mommy/daughter days.

1 /5 Heather Roberts: I wont be back. This is supposed to be gel, yes a black light was used. I got these done on Friday and by Sunday looked like this on both hands. Payed $40 and these are my real nails not acrylic. What did i pay for? Definitely not gel. I have a feeling the paint was mixed with acetone to water it down. Horrible and wont be back.

5 /5 Stacy Barr-Sooter: I have been going to this establishment for the last 4 months. They have been doing a wonderful job! I do both manicure and pedicures! They have a great selection of gel colors. The nail techs do a great job with blending the fill with my fingers so there isn’t a huge glob making the acrylic stand out! My real nail is under the acrylic however I have thin nails that split and break and I need the acrylic to make them stronger. The ladies make them look natural even as my nail grows out it has a natural look.

Customer service is great. Everyone even wears name tags which really helps when you are bad with names like I am. Two alcoholic drinks per person - red wine, mimosa, and white wine. Plus soda and water. I’ll definitely be back!

Dilber Rubio: Took my girl here to get her for a SOAK OFF but instead this old lady takes this random tools n just starts picking and ripping her nails off. The whole time she was telling this woman that shouldn’t be a nail tech in the first place that it was hurting. Not only did this woman damage her natural nail but also made her bleed. I strongly advise never coming here and if you’re reading this old lady maybe look for a job in metal work you brute.

Major Grant: Dang Dang Dang, I Dont usually take care of my nails at all. But the past few weeks Ive had an ingrown toenail thats been bothering me and I wasnt able to get it out myself. Normally to fix this I get a pedicure, but Kim left my toes looking the best theyve ever been, she removed my ingrown toenail with no pain whatsoever and in record time. Also my toenails have the best shape Ive ever had.
