Since I work at Lake Country seafood market in Milledgeville its right next door to me. So when I get off work I go down there they are so sweet. I like Austin. And John on station 10. Dont go to LUCKY NAILS. ITS HONESTLY A DUMP

1 /5 Aliki Neal: All of the reviews in reference to RUDENESS are absolutely TRUE, so beware !!! There are only 3 workers. The Husband and Wife duo are the absolute worst! No customer service skills at all. It’s like they HATE dealing with the public. Went there for a fill-in and asked the husband not to file my cuticles on my thumb because of soreness, he proceeds to say “I do nail my way, not you way”... THEN NOT WITH MY MONEY! I typically visit MY NAIL SPA, but they were crazy busy! Rating should be a ZERO

1 /5 Connie Hall: Charger me the price for five acrylic nails where I received only two. The owners wife was making gestures indicating that a customer was crazy and she did this behind the customer back. The owner sister -in -law is rude. These people get paid to provide a service ,this is not free and they should be accountable for their behavior.

1 /5 T Knight: I totally agree with the rest of the reviews for Lucky Nails in Milledgeville Ga. DO NOT Patronize this establishment. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. When they pulled their tools looked rusty & un-sanatized. I literally had to walk out. Get ur nails done at your own risk at this place. When I walked in, there were no customers. I thought that was strange & now I know why. I am so glad that I didnt let them proceed w/ my gel mani & pedi. I emdiately went to My NAILS & Spa. I am literally in Heaven. MY NAILS & SPA is packed with customers & the customer service is wonderful. I wish I would have dicovered them first. DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE at LUCKY NAILS. You will not be so lucky

Dee W.: ATTENTION‼️ DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. If I could rate a 0 star I would. The man was VERY rude and unprofessional. He will blame you for his own mistakes. Simply asking him to add more nail polish to the side of a nail will tick him off. After asking him to do so he rushes and paints the nails very sloppy like a 3 year old. Nail polish was running on the side of my finger.Then he proceeds to file off the nail polish that needed to be on my nail. Lastly he says “you need to go to another nail salon” because he got mad about the side of the nail that needed extra polish. In addition when they get a few people to come in the shop waiting for service, they rush on your nails. They also only accept who they want to . One lady had came in and right away he yells to the lady they are closed. 30 minutes later when another person came in after her he accepted them right away. To say the least he has a very childish and nasty attitude. The service I received today was terrible. This will be the LAST time I go to this nail salon ever in my life.

I (an autistic female) came in this morning with my mom for a textured “wolf cut” like haircut and the woman (3rd chair on the left) had a terrible attitude and practically scalped me. I took great pride in my hair before, and showed her 2 different LONGER haircuts. She took that as “you want a boy cut” and cut all of my fluffy, soft hair off. She even told my mom I showed pictures “shorter than what she has” which was a blatant LIE. Even my mom could tell it was a lot.Didn’t leave a tip and cried all the way home. We won’t be back.
