She was so sweet and cheerful and didn’t overly talk, which a lot of hairdressers do. I will keep going back to her, and am scheduling an appointment for my daughter’s highlights! Amazing atmosphere. ❤️

1 /5 Valerie Jo: Absolutely the worst hair experience EVER! What’s the purpose of a consultation if the services are not what I agreed to? I went home to wash my hair after my coloring/bleach and I just cried and cried and cried. This was supposed to be for my son’s graduation. Ruined it. Went to my barber to try to FIX my hair and paid $45 more after I paid $200 at your salon. Went back to your salon to find out why they let me leave the salon looking INSANE the same day. I feel like I’ve been punked! Deer in the headlights from everyone. Asked to fix it and I explained timing was the biggest problem that I mentioned in my consultation so that was impossible for me to “fix it”. No refund, no remorse, nothing! Waste of money. I can never trust a hair salon again. I cried so much my eyes are puffy this morning. I feel disgusting because I was robbed! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!
