5 /5 Kimberly Sutton: I visited yesterday (10/28/2024) to get a tire for my semi and everyone was so amazing, even down to the lady who answered the phone, pulling up and was greeted by everyone. It’s really a loving welcoming vibe and the prices r definitely affordable. If u need assistance with car or truck I highly recommend them. Very quick, very professional and knowledgeable. They really deserve more stars such a gem!!

1 /5 C B: If I could give no stars I would purely on the outcome of this. The lady working there is awesome. Super friendly. But this was hands down the worst experience Ive had with an alignment shop. I had completely replaced the front end of this vehicle. Which is a 97 Toyota camry. Sway bar links and bushings. Control arms. Rack and pinion. Struts. Inner and outer tie rods. Not much that can be blamed for this as far as the mechanics. So upon all this work the alignment was set with the old school technique to get me by for a bit. It took months to wear the tires. (I drive ALOT). I replace the final parts and get two tires as my back ones havent worn at all. This was on the 3rd of thisApril. I take the car to this shop and pay to have it aligned and steering wheel straightened. AS OF YESTERDAY IS THE PICTURES OF THE TIRES PLACED ON THEM ON THE 3RD. 25 DAYS. I yet again replace my tires. And even though lakes offered to relook at it I decided that since they struck out so hard the first swing. Why take a full day off work to have blame placed on me when I am out near 300 in tires alone over a month. I take it to another alignment shop this morning. The alignment was off by 4 degrees . And this is a shop who specializes in this? Will never return norecommend.
