06-2025 Lake Oconee Discovery Museum in Hight rate 1 location for tourist in Greensboro, GA, USAFreemans Mill Park - Lawrenceville C W: We were looking to walk off our lunch, so we checked it out. It was a neat park with the ruins and waterfall, but you wont get a lot of distance if thats what youre looking for. Lots of parking and there are restrooms with a nice playground.
Alexander Park - lawrenceville - Lawrenceville Fariha Alam: This park was very beautiful and shaded by large trees. The environment was good and safe for women. It has a separate bike lane. Also you will find pavilions for picnics there.
Gwinnett History Museum - Lawrenceville Julia Young: What a very fascinating place full of rich Lawrenceville and Gwinett County history. I learned so many interesting things and left with more than a few nuggets of history. Our tour guide, Tom, was professional and knowledgeable. We had a great discussion of the cotton industry. If youre in the area, make the time to stop in. Next time were in the area, well explore the plantation house next door that the rain kept us from exploring. By the way, the museum was FREE - NO TICKETS REQUIRED!!
Sweet Water Park - Lawrenceville Mary Elizabeth Enrile: Sweet Water Park is one of the smaller park in Gwinnett County but is accessible to the surrounding neighborhoods. Located in Lawrenceville City at Bethesda road. Has a volleyball court, basketball court, paved walking trail, and a picnic gazebo area. Very neat place.
Ronald Reagan Park - Lawrenceville Rachel Miller: Nice park with bathrooms, one main playground and another set of swings, pavilions, benches, walking trails, ponds, a skate park, basketball court, and a soccer field.
Rabbit Hill Park - Dacula Georgia: This park is lovely! I came to watch my partner umpire. The game was postponed, so we walked the trails. The walking/running trails are nice. All their fields are well kept. The restroom facilities were nice and clean. Also, the baseball concession stand had a great variety of food -- not a bunch of junk. Next time I come, Ill make sure I have on athlete wear so I can take full advantage of the walking trails!
Collins Hill Park - Lawrenceville Anthony Rivers: This is a chill park to take a walk especially with the dog. Lots if shade for me and lots of smells for him. Its a shorter walk but there is another trail right across the street so you get a two for one.
Lawrenceville Lights - Lawrenceville k blois: This was awesome! Much better than paid drive-through xmas lights! My little one had a wonderful time! Thank you for everyone who made it possible!
Tribble Mill Waterfall - Lawrenceville Martha Cel: A beautiful park to enjoy nature with paths full of life, squirrels and birds, paved paths, even for wheelchairs and strollers, they are perfect. God puts beauty before our eyes every day, although sometimes we dont see it.
