1 /5 Nellie Riley: It’s obvious they only care about the money here. Read the terrible reviews for Franklin Dental because they are all accurate till this day nothing has changed. By far the worst dentist office I’ve ever encountered. If you care about your kid’s beautiful smile avoid this place at all costs because they will ruin it for the love of money!

1 /5 Velissa Truly Blessed: This is the worst dentist ever! I would say Candler location but I believe they all operate the same since I have been to 2different locations with the same service! First they canceled my children appt same day of service, in a email stating they didn’t get confirmation. I called immediately and told them no one has called me for confirmation and they still didn’t give me their appts back. I reported this ofc no one called to follow up. Since I have had enough bad experience with this dentist I decided to move on to the next dentist, I have reached out 3 weeks straight with the same answer that they will send over my kids X-rays and things so that the next dentist can see them still nothing has been sent. I called to report again and still no one has reached out. This has been the worst experience and I hope they can be shut down because they are still falsifying things when billing our insurance so yes I will be reporting it asap!
