5 /5 Katherine Hicks: Finding a good and trustworthy mechanic is so hard to do and it can be overwhelming. Thank goodness I found Killian Automotive! They are so kind, professional and honest! I cannot say enough good things about this group. Their online booking system is super easy to use. They made me feel welcome and comfortable. They didn’t condescend to me like most car mechanics do to a woman. They performed solid work on my car and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. I will be a returning customer

The phone call to tell me what was going on and how much it was going to take to fix it was very much appreciated. The personal service that I received here as well as the care that I received for my truck is second to none. I highly recommend using Killian

5 /5 Killer b: My first experience with Killian automotive was great! Needed to get an oil change/ tire rotation on my SUV. I called them and was able to schedule my appt for the following day. I showed up and handed both of my keys to the service rep and told him I carried both as one has gone out on me before. Without my asking he determined which was not working properly and changed out the battery and brought it back to me. That was above and beyond customer service! The team did my change within the window promised and I was on my way. Thank you Killian for making a great first impression!

From booking an appointment, to follow up, to getting the estimate and proper work set up; they have been thorough, honest, kind & just beyond professional. I couldn’t recommend them more; and though it may not be immediate availability(understandably so given the reputation they have)— wait for that appointment— it’s SO worth it.
