2 /5 Elizabeth Purcell: Had to have our truck towed to a different shop after Kody having it for a month and not getting any up dates of progress or even a diagnosis on our truck. Very disheartening as we have used Kody several times and had planned to be lifelong costumers. Called a few more times this week just to see if they will tell us what they did to the truck while they were searching for a leak because now it won’t even crank. Still waiting to hear back…..

1 /5 PAM MARTIN: DO NOT USE THIS PLACE... My hubby truck tore up as it would idle, but not go anywhere when mashed gas. We had towed here and they immediately said was fixed so we were happy. Drove approximately 4 miles home and next day had same issue. I called asked them to cover tow bill since they didnt fix the problem so they did. They kept our truck for several months stating they didnt have the equipment to test the problem. I asked if they keep everyones vehicle for months. I then asked them to have towed to 411 Diesel and was asked why they should pay tow bill. I responded "because you charged us and didnt fix problem & now had our truck for months" they refused. We waited several more weeks. I called yesterday and said we were having towed to someone who actually knows what their doing and he simply said ok. Horrible service... Doesnt even rank 1 star.

5 /5 Jordan Myers: Didn’t know about this place until I messaged Rob with top notch transmissions and he had me bring my truck there. Transmission needed rebuilding and Rob definitely took care of it. He dropped the transmission the same day I brought it and he kept me updated with pictures. I brought it on a Monday night and picked it up on a Thursday night. Rob definitely knows what he’s talking about and goes into detail about why the transmission failed. Will definitely do business with him again and will definitely use KG to do some other things to my truck! Great guys to work with!

5 /5 Jimmy MacDonald: Kody and his crew do an outstanding job. Have had my ‘05 Ram 2500 there for regular maintenance and for a new exhaust manifold. They do exactly what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. They went above and beyond to meet a deadline I had. I drive 40 minutes to get work done at KG because I trust them and will continue to do so. I won’t go anywhere else.
