1 /5 Alisha Potts: Broke and ripped off all of my nails. All I asked for was a fill in. These are absolutely the UGLIEST yet most expensive nails I ever paid for. Told me after I picked my colors, and finished my nails, that they did not have a “pink”, what nail shop does not have a pink, and just started putting whatever color they wanted on my nails. None of my nails have the same shape. My nails literally look like a 2 year old did them. And to top it all off stole my 10.00. I hope you use it to invest into educating yourself on how to do simple nails and suppling your chop shop with more than 3 colors. PLEASE do not go here.

1 /5 Danielle Harris: Decided to give this mail salon a try, simply for convenience, due to my regular nail salon (of 15+ years) being almost a 30 minute drive. First and foremost, no one is friendly and the atmosphere absolutely sucked. The “small talk” that I’ve been use to over the years was completely nonexistent. The salon was fairly busy and we all sat in complete silence. They are extremely understaffed , giving you no indication of what to expect as a wait time. However, the absolute worst part of it all, was the OUTRIGHT RIDICULOUS PRICE! To top it all off, I’m not, AT ALL, pleased with the end result of how my nails turned out. I will not be returning to this establishment. I will return to being a loyal customer of my normal nail salon, nearly 30 miles away, where I will be treated properly by extremely friendly and professional employees, enjoy the small talk and laughter throughout the salon and receive top notch services for HALF the price! I 10 out of 10, DO NOT recommend this nail salon!

1 /5 Gabrielle Jackson: Smh. This lady begged to do my nails just for them to look like this. Gave me the most basic pedicure no hot towel, no stones, no massage, basic full set and had the audacity to charge me $120. Never again will go there. If you’re going through this small town I only advise you to get food and barely that. Drive the extra 20 minutes to Albany I will never be going here again and I advise people in town to not go here. Get SOMEBODY ELSE TO DO IT!!

1 /5 Lameisha Broner: I’m an returning customer. Visited the salon today for a pedicure. Waited in the water an hour and a half for the technician to get to me. An Caucasian patron came in after me and decided to let the owner David work on her pedicure, I turned him down because I wanted to wait on the actual nail technician to take care of me. Once it was my turn, David, the owner, ordered the technician to stop working on me and take care the Caucasian patron because their feet had been in the water too long, he said. Mind you I was in the water before this patron. I ended up walking out the salon after an hour and 30 minutes of not receiving services and dealing with the owners racist ways and bad attitude. I will never go back.

1 /5 Tiffany Weaver: Went here today with my aunts to get there eye brows waxed. The owner asked all of us if we were getting anything done. My aunts were showed to there seats and no one was available to service them. The owner told me to seat in the waiting area. I informed him that I was going to talk to my aunts, since they were not getting service yet and had to wait. I stood up the talking low to my aunts and we also socialized with other customers in the shop. I made sure to stand because I did want to take up a client seat. There were no one seated on the side were the eye brow waxing was being done. Twenty minutes later the owner told his son to ask me specfically, if I was getting service. I informed him that I was not, he then asked me to seat over in the waiting area. I told him that I am just standing here to talking to my aunts while they wait. He said that his he (father) was agitated. I informed him that I wasnt during anything but conversing with my aunts. He then said, "please for me because he will throw you out!" I said, "For what talking lowly?" To throw us out is extremely rude and they should cater to the customers, not customer cater to them. If the place was super crowded, I would have waited in the seat but it wasnt. I certainly didnt think it would be a huge issue. No one in the shop was disturb because no one was on that side. There were only two people working and four people waiting. It shows that the owner has thrown people out before his threat to us. We left because you dont talk and mistreat people who are paying you money. This is the only nails shop in Dawson but I nor my family will never go there again. He will not talk or disrespect us again, especially since we are paying customer. I would advice everyone else to stay away. If the owner cannot be respectful or doesnt like people, then why be in customer service!
