5 /5 Mary Dill: I love Julie and Steve ! Ive been coming to them for almost 10 years since theyve been in Fort Oglethorpe, Julie gets my eyebrows looking fantastic too. They always do me good and their prices are still low and great from forever ago. 10/10 will always recommend them !

1 /5 Jasmine Ashley: HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Not only was I overcharged by 15 bucks, when asked about the price the nail tech, Julie lied. The shape is s horrible, I asked for a simple square on medium length nails. Julie repeated everything back and spoke perfectly fine in English the entire time so I know that she understood me and still charged me an extra $15 for “long nails”. The shape was so bad I asked her not to paint them (in hopes I could go home and fix it because these were my vacation nails) I will NEVER go back there. You shouldn’t even waste your time.UPDATE this exchange did not sit well with me so I did go back to the nail shop and asked why I was overcharged. Julie initially lied about the price saying that a full set was $35 (this sign literally says $30) and then later admitted that she could cut my nails down to the $30 price point. This salon is racist. I was overcharged because I am black and I know this to be true because the lady (different ethnicity) across from me got a full set a pedicure with gel polish on both her nails and toes and paid a total of $60 (do the math) Steven was nice enough to fix my nails however I will never be back to this nail salon.

1 /5 Kimberly McClendon: Im not basing this on their ability to do nails, I am basing my review on their customer service quality. They were rude from the very beginning which caused me to turn around and leave. My daughter and I had called them prior to us arriving to ask their prices. After we arrived I remembered that I needed to make an important phone call, so I stepped out to make my call. Then the gentleman that was working there came out the door and asked me if I was the one who had just called and I told him yes. He then said, "well, so what do you want" in a very rude manner! I did not appreciate the tone he had so my daughter and I left and I will not take my business there again.
